Owner Punchlist and Quality Control Services

The Owner Punchlist Program was created to give Owner/Developers more comfort with the overall quality control of their Project. There are several levels of punch available from simple creation and submittal, to verification and "gap performance." Owner/Developers of multi-residential Projects typically don't have this option because Architects do not perform residential unit punches. This program is completely customized per project, and the Owner can select any level of service that they choose. In addition to punchlists, our team can fill quality control gaps when Buyers request them, allowing for shorter turnaround and closing times.
